Legal advice is a crucial element to the healthy process of integration. The aim of this service is to support the community in the process of integration to their new society.
We provide access to all the necessary services such health, education, employment, housing, recreation and access to the political and democratic system.
At IRMO we advise our clients in a clear, professional and honest way, thus providing an initial advice sections that make sure the client gets the right advice.
Services providers at IRMO are highly committed to the advocacy of rights of community members and as a such constantly monitor changes to the law that affects client's rights to remain in the UK and other rights afforded to them once documented.
We are registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner to provide immigration advice and services at level 3.
-Time table
We give advice by appointment from Monday to Friday between 10am to 6pm. There are also weekly drop-in sessions for the immigration and social welfare advice. Attention is on a first-come, first-served basis on Tuesdays 2pm to 5pm for the immigration advice and Thursdays 2pm to 5pm for the social welfare advice. We also provide telephone and email advice where particular circumstances require it.
