IRMO has been working with the Latin American community in London for over 25 years. Thanks to this relationship, we have been able to identify the needs and lack of opportunities that migrant communities are facing in the UK. Based on this, IRMO shapes and designs social projects that target particular groups and their needs, in this way we can help to improve people's living conditions.
- Latin American Youth Forum: Targets young people from second and third generation, it provides them with spaces where they can grow without losing their autonomy or identity. - Families’ project: Targets families, parents and children by supporting them to learn and play together, it also aims for people to comprehend that education and learning can be fun and that understanding that will improve their children’s future. - Volunteer Scheme: This program offers people work placements and work experience in different fields from arts and education to administration; the scheme actually consists of 37 volunteers who day by day contribute to the delivery of our services.
