IRMO currently consists of a team of more than 60 volunteers who give their time, knowledge and enthusiasm making it possible to run all services and projects of the organization.
The objective of our Volunteer Scheme is to provide volunteers with valuable work experience in order to step into London's competitive market and help them to develop a long range of skills by interacting within a multicultural, cooperative and inspiring environment.
During 2012 we have worked with over 100 volunteers from the five continents, and we have welcomed 15 people completing placements and internships from Italian, Spanish and English universities and job centres.
IRMO offers the opportunity to take up roles such as: art facilitators, children and youth workers, accountants, fundraisers, advisors, English teachers, job hunters, translators, interpreters, online community managers, receptionists, project assistants, psychologists, and many more - owning to the wide scope of our services and projects.
We highly value the enormous contribution of our volunteers, since it is thanks to their time and effort that the organization has been able to help the Latin American community in London for over twenty five years.
